If you’re unhappy with the wine you've been sold, please let us know!
Wine can sometimes be corked or tainted for other reasons. Should this happen, we will offer a replacement of the same item, refund the credit card used to purchase the item, or issue a store credit for the amount that was paid for the item. If the purchase was made using cash, please do not forget your receipt as proof the purchase was made at Gellert Unlimted.
