1 x Case (6 bottles) of Marklew Sauvignon Blanc
Grapes were hand sorted, crushed and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation was done at a low temp. The wine was stabilized and lightly filtered before bottling and then labelled on the farm. Tropical hints, lime balanced with grassy freshness.
